UniFi This Week: Fleet OS 5.1.33 and Network 10.6.106

JMJim MazzarellaCEO & Managing Partner September 14, 2026 2 min read

Ubiquiti rolled out widespread UniFi OS 5.1.33 updates across console families, UniFi Network Application 10.6.106, and UniFi Access 4.3.9.

The second week of September 2026 brought coordinated maintenance and application updates across Ubiquiti console platforms, addressing core stability and system service orchestration. The central development was a broad deployment of UniFi OS 5.1.33 across gateway and storage lines, resolving console application management issues. Additionally, point releases arrived for UniFi Access, UniFi Network Application, and endpoint management tools.

UniFi OS & Console Updates

  • UniFi OS 5.1.33 (Dream Machines, Dream Routers, Dream Wall, Cloud Gateways, Enterprise NAS): Deploys a critical fix for an issue where applications could fail to install or update, while bundling UniFi Network 10.5.67 (or UniFi Drive 4.3.10 on Enterprise NAS) and Identity Sync Service 1.8.4. For commercial and healthcare environments, this eliminates administrative failures during routine software lifecycle management and ensures automated console-level service sync operates reliably.
  • UniFi OS - Express 7 5.2.10: Delivers updated regulatory support for India along with targeted stability fixes for Wi-Fi Calling, SSID modifications, bandwidth resets, and wireless mesh reliability. For distributed hospitality and branch environments utilizing Express hardware, these patches prevent system crashes during remote network reconfigurations and ensure continuous guest voice roaming.
  • UniFi OS Server 5.1.42: Delivers the application update fix alongside bundled UniFi Network 10.5.67 and Identity Sync Service 1.8.4 for self-hosted server deployments. For enterprise IT architectures managing private controller instances, this maintains update parity with native gateway consoles.

UniFi Applications & Client Software

  • UniFi Access Application 4.3.9: A targeted maintenance release that directly addresses and fixes an issue preventing the Access application from completing installation. For facilities directors managing physical access control rollouts, this removes blockers during credential system provisioning on new or recovered appliances.
  • UniFi Network Application 10.6.106: A graduated maintenance update within the 10.6 release branch distributed across standard channel deployments. For multi-site campus installations, this maintains controller-level stability following the broader release of the 10.6 application architecture.
  • UniFi Endpoint iOS 4.0.6 & UniFi Android 11.0.1: The iOS client corrects permission prompt handling and restores missing dashboard widgets for cameras and doors, while the Android release enhances switch stacking workflows and port tools. For on-site facilities personnel, these mobile updates ensure consistent access to physical security controls and switch diagnostics during facility walks.
