What's Included
Every NXS UniFi360 deployment includes:
Hardware (owned and maintained by Nexus) - UniFi Dream Machine or UniFi Enterprise router/gateway - UniFi managed switches (PoE where required) - UniFi Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 6E access points (quantity determined by site survey) - Rack or wall-mount hardware and structured cabling - UPS/battery backup for core infrastructure
Software & Management - UniFi Network Application (self-hosted or cloud-hosted) - Network segmentation and VLAN design - Guest network isolation - Firewall rules and intrusion prevention - VPN configuration (remote access and site-to-site)
Managed Services - 24/7/365 network monitoring through the Nexus NOC - Automated firmware updates during maintenance windows - Remote troubleshooting and incident response - Monthly performance and health reports - On-site dispatch for hardware failures (typically 4-hour response in service area)
The Service Tiers
NXS UniFi360 is offered in three service tiers:
- Essentials: Core networking and monitoring for small offices and retail (up to 50 devices, 3 APs)
- Professional: Full enterprise networking for mid-market businesses (up to 200 devices, 10 APs)
- Enterprise: Multi-site and complex deployments with dedicated account management (unlimited scale)
Pricing
All tiers are priced as monthly subscriptions. Hardware is included in the service — there is no capital purchase required. Pricing varies based on site survey findings, number of access points, switch port count, and service tier.
