Step by Step
The Full Deployment Process
Discovery & Assessment
We begin every engagement by understanding your environment — not by selling a package. Our team conducts a comprehensive site assessment before any proposal is written.
Design & Proposal
Your assessment becomes a custom-designed service architecture. We design to your environment, not a template — then we price it transparently.
Pre-Deployment Preparation
Before a single cable is pulled, we coordinate everything — permits, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communication — to ensure a smooth installation with minimal disruption.
Installation & Deployment
Our installation team — not a subcontractor — executes the deployment. Every system is installed, configured, and tested by Nexus-certified technicians before handoff.
Training & Handoff
Going live is a managed event, not a cutover. We train your team, transfer operations to our NOC, and stay on-site through go-live to ensure a clean transition.
Managed Services & Optimization
This is where the relationship begins. Your infrastructure is under continuous management, optimization, and improvement — every month for the life of the agreement.
