Questions before you build

What needs to be verified before this concept is specified?

Seamlessness alone does not guarantee readability or natural conferencing. Final resolution, layout, audio, and camera choices need an end-to-end room test.

What would an acceptance demonstration include?

Read representative spreadsheet cells from every intended seat. Complete a real call with remote feedback on framing, sound, and presentation sharing.
