Make a clear plan for your space.

Compare applications, document your room, and prepare a project brief. Planning tools are preliminary and do not replace a site survey or engineered design.

NXSLED by NexLumen · Buyer planning tools

Build your display project brief.

Capture the room, compare practical options and prepare a useful conversation with Nexus. All calculations are preliminary; no survey, quote or performance approval is implied.

Work stays in this page unless you explicitly save, download or submit it. Do not enter passwords, sensitive records or confidential source content.

01 · Room fit

Start with the space, not a screen size.

Measure the usable wall and the viewing positions. Final pixel pitch, cabinet arrangement, structure, power and service access require a site-specific design.

02 · Project brief

Keep the decisions and the open questions together.

Your notes remain intact when the gallery shortlist changes. Local saving is optional and never happens automatically.

Selected application concepts

Save up to five applications in the NXSLED gallery, or build a brief without a shortlist.

All selected images remain concept visualizations unless the application explicitly provides verified installation evidence.

03 · Business case

Your assumptions. Three transparent scenarios.

Nothing is prefilled. Estimate annual value using your data, then test how much of it is realistic. This is a simple, unlevered planning model—not a quote, financial advice or a guaranteed return.

Project and operating cost

Use a supplier-validated planning quote where available. Include installation, integration, energy, content and service without double counting.

Potential benefit before realization

Added contribution means incremental revenue less its variable costs—not gross revenue. Hours saved are a capacity benefit unless they produce realizable cash savings.

Your scenario assumptions

Enter the percentage of that potential benefit you expect to realize in each case. No percentages are assumed. Keep downside ≤ base ≤ upside.

Complete all ten model inputs to calculate scenarios. Enter 0 when a cost or benefit does not apply; blank values are not assumed to be zero.

How the model calculates these results

Potential benefit = annual hours saved × value per hour + added annual contribution + other annual savings.

Each case: gross benefit = potential benefit × your realization percentage. Net annual benefit = gross benefit − annual operating and service cost.

Simple payback = installed cost plus transition cost, divided by positive net annual benefit. It is not calculated when initial investment is zero or annual net benefit is not positive.

Assumes constant annual benefit and cost, with no ramp-up, inflation, tax, financing, depreciation, replacement cost, residual value or discounting. Add those items in a full investment model. Do not count the same benefit in more than one input.

04 · Display comparison

Choose the technology for the actual job.

Compare candidate products under the same room conditions and content. No technology wins every application; final performance depends on the selected system.

05 · Demo checklist

Prove the workflow before specifying the wall.

Select checks only after you have observed them. A checked box records your note; it is not Nexus certification or a measured test report.

Next step · Review with Nexus

Prepare a focused request.

These actions prepare a planning summary for review in the inquiry form. Keep the downloaded JSON for your complete worksheet. No photographs, recordings or private source files are uploaded here.

Appointments, visualization delivery, engineering scope and any fees are coordinated with Nexus. Preparing a request does not reserve a session or commit either party to a project.
