What should a proposal for managed ICT show?
The short answer
A managed ICT proposal should show the covered locations and systems, initial onboarding or remediation, recurring service fee, support hours, incident priorities, and response commitments. It should also explain onsite coverage, hardware ownership and replacement, reporting, exclusions, contract term, and renewal or exit provisions. Compare providers against the same scope and service assumptions.

Make the commercial scope comparable
A detailed scope schedule matters more than whether every device has a separate sales price. The proposal should identify quantities and coverage clearly, distinguish initial work from recurring fees, and explain which future costs remain with the customer.
